Christopher Spears is a Venture Principal at BP Ventures, the corporate venturing arm of BP, a leading oil and gas company headquartered in the UK. In this role, he specializes in investments related to production and operations, as well as initiatives in gas and low-carbon technologies. Spears has a diverse background within BP, having joined the company in 2014 through its rotational development program. He transitioned from various roles, including Technical Project Manager for Machine Learning from 2017 to 2019, before becoming an associate at BP Ventures in 2019.
