As the senior director of sales at Listrak, I lead our field sales managers to meet and exceed aggressive growth plans.

As a director in the Digital Access Program, I was responsible for global platform relationships.  My team was responsible for aggressive growth plans, and annual revenues over $200m.

Director Of Strategic Partnerships

In product innovation, I worked on potential enhancements to the UPS Ground network in the United States.  Within this project, I represented the customer's perspective.  My team and I engaged in market research and client interviews analyzing the market's expectations of small parcel logistics providers.  

I also owned our go-to-market strategy for the expansion of weekend services.  Our team trained UPS sales professionals across the country in the evolution of services that we provide to our customers.

Marketing Director

As the sales director for the Metro New York market, I led a team of 70 sales professionals.  We were responsible for delivering over $500m in revenue.  It was my privilege to partner with our clients, who ranged from internationally renowned legacy enterprises, to family "mom & pop shops", to disruptive and innovative start-ups.  

We carefully balanced the responsibilities for managing relationships with these important clients by providing best-in-class service, customized solutions, and supply chain insights with our responsibility to develop new client relationships, and exceeded our annual new business acquisition target of more than $85m. 

During my time in this role, our team successfully pivoted from a traditional sales team to a virtual environment.  Not only was our team successful in delivering our goals, but, we helped many customers navigate their response to the global pandemic.

Lastly, and most importantly, I built a culture of personal development and excellence  for all team members.  The culture drove our results!

Sales Director

As the director of marketing at UPS i-parcel, I was responsible for the development and execution of all marketing activities.  

Our goal at UPS i-parcel was to provide retailers the ability to offer a seamless e-Commerce experience to their customers, whether they were a domestic shopper or customer from abroad.  We customized the shopping experience to the customer, increasing our client's conversion rates and brand value.

In time, we were able to execute a transformation plan which included the launch of UPS Worldwide Economy.  UPS Worldwide Economy is the successor service to UPS i-parcel.  UPS Worldwide Economy integrated the i-parcel logistics prowess with the UPS Enterprise.

As a retail segment marketing manager, I was responsible for growing UPS's market share, increasing profitability, promotion of our brand, and thought leadership in the retail and consumer goods industries in the greater New York City market.  

I worked especially close with our client teams to ensure that we are building win-win relationships with our clients, opening new markets for their growth, and making our clients' supply chains a strategic advantage in their pursuit of e-commerce success.

Retail Segment Marketing Manager

As a senior account manager, I was responsible for relationship management for 40 large clients, and the development and on-boarding of new clients.  In this role, I served as a thought leader for clients, suggesting new projects that would enable their enterprises to reduce costs, increase revenues, and increase their customer satisfaction.  

In my three years in this role, I exceeded my revenue generation goals in each year.  This territory generated revenues in excess of $25 million annually.

Senior Account Manager

As an account manager with UPS, I was tasked with managing a territory in which there were over 2,000 accounts.  This territory had significant challenges, but within a year, I was able to reduce the rate of churn in the territory, and begin winning new business.  At the time of my promotion, this territory was exceeding all of the revenue goals set for it.
