I provided transitional leadership for a non-profit research organization.  I led a team of about 30 staff members and key consultants mostly based in InterMedia's offices in Washington, D.C., and Nairobi, Kenya.  My key initiatives included reorganization of the management team, reinvigoration of business development activities, and a renewed emphasis on client service and delivering usable research insights.  In 2015, Chris addressed a session of the World Economic Forum on financial inclusion in Africa and a seminar on that topic in Pakistan.

InterMedia gives clients the data and tools they need to help them understand, engage, and achieve positive and intended impact.

InterMedia has extensive experience managing multi-country survey and qualitative projects, including work in many of the world’s most challenging places.  InterMedia's flagship project is the Financial Inclusion Insights program (www.finclusion.org) funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.  Other major clients include divisions of the World Bank, the United Nations, and Harvard University.

For the first half of 2014, I was embedded in our client's office in Doha, Qatar working on a special global public affairs assignment for GfK's Public Affairs & Corporate Communications team related to strategic communication, issues management, and brand reputation.  The project involved traveling to 10 other countries to oversee qualitative and quantitative field research, and integrating insights across this multi-national, multi-mode project.

I help my clients decide what to do by giving their stakeholders the opportunity to say what they think.  I design and analyze surveys on topics that my clients need to understand to meet their business objectives.
