Christopher Dunn

Christopher Dunn is a seasoned telecommunications engineer with over 16 years of experience. Over the course of his career, he has held various roles in customer care, technical support, and transport network operations, among others.

In his current role as a transport network standardization engineer, Christopher specializes in equipment such as Ciena, Coriant, Infinera, Accedian, and Cisco, along with legacy TDM/SONET equipment.

His expertise lies in DCN/Management Networks, Layer 2/Packet Optical Networks, and Data Center Interconnection (DCI).

Christopher's educational background includes ongoing studies in CIS and IT/Computer Science at the University of Southern Indiana, as well as certifications in MEF-CECP 2.0, CCNA, and a Core 40 Diploma from Reitz Memorial High School.

He currently serves as a Senior Engineer in Transport Network Standards at Windstream, with previous roles in operations engineering, access transport engineering, longhaul transport engineering, and network operations.
