    Christopher Boone is the Dean of the College of Global Futures at Arizona State University, having previously served as Dean of the School of Sustainability at ASU.

    As Dean, Boone is actively involved in creating new education and research programs through collaborations with other deans, directors, provost, president, external organizations, and philanthropists.

    Boone has authored two books on urban sustainability, published 75 articles and book chapters, and contributed significantly to debates on sustainable urbanization and related topics.

    His academic expertise spans areas such as sustainable urbanization, environmental health, sustainability principles, environmental justice, sustainable design and innovation, and interdisciplinary socio-ecological research methods.

    With educational qualifications including a PhD from the University of Toronto and post-doctoral experience at McGill University, Boone has taught a variety of classes at ASU.

    Boone's extensive organizational involvement includes roles at various institutions like Arizona State University, Ohio University, California State University, Los Angeles, Georgetown University, among others, where he has held positions ranging from dean and professor to lecturer and post-doctoral fellow.
