Peter Schlosser is a renowned figure in the field of sustainability and environmental studies, with a particular focus on the future of our planet. He has a diverse educational background, having studied Natural Sciences at Friedrich-Magnus Schwerd Gymnasium in Speyer, Germany, and obtaining a PhD in Physics from the University of Heidelberg. Peter has held numerous leadership positions at Arizona State University, including Vice President and Vice Provost of Global Futures, Lead of the Julie Ann Wrigley Global Futures Laboratory, and Director of the Global Institute of Sustainability and Innovation. He has also been associated with Columbia University, where he served as a Professor of Geophysics, Earth and Environmental Engineering, and Earth and Environmental Sciences. Throughout his career, Peter Schlosser has been deeply involved in research related to water movement, sustainable development, ocean-atmosphere gas exchange, and the impact of human activities on natural systems.
