Before his current position, he served as Vice President of Global Execution at Sutherland, where he led a significant transformation roadmap for the Global People Office, implementing over 20 strategic digital initiatives across multiple regions.12 His previous roles include Head of Transformation PMO at DeliverHealth and Head of Global Business Program Management Office at Nuance Communications, where he managed extensive transformation programs and operational strategies.2

His educational background includes an MBA from Texas A&M University and an Executive Education Program in Leading Change & Organizational Renewal from Harvard Business School. He also holds several professional certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, and certifications in Agile & Scrum and Change Management.2
