Christine Smith

Christine Smith is an experienced and intuitive Talent Acquisition Leader with a solid background in both agency and corporate settings. She graduated from Valparaiso University with a Bachelor of Arts degree and has developed a keen ability to think strategically and manage full lifecycle recruiting. With her expertise in recruiting across multiple verticals, including IT, engineering, marketing, analytics, consulting, product, software, and IT, Christine has developed strong and lasting relationships with candidates and hiring managers to achieve business goals.

Prior to her current role as Talent Acquisition Lead North American Region at CommScope, Christine served as Senior Corporate IT Recruiter at the company. She has also held several positions in contract recruitment, including Talent Acquisition Lead Consultant at FICO, Talent Acquisition Partner at Thomson Reuters, and Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Univita Health Inc. Additionally, Christine has experience in operations management at NewTown Solutions and served as HR & Talent Acquisition Manager at Soft Link Solutions. In earlier stages of her career, she worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Modis (Ajilon Consulting) and as a Human Resource Consultant at Nextstone Services.
