Christine Little is a seasoned learning and development professional with over 20 years of experience. She has a background in journalism and has transitioned into international and organization development.
With a Bachelor of Arts in English from Baldwin-Wallace College and an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, Christine has a solid educational foundation.
As the former International Director of Learning and Organizational Development at Habitat for Humanity International, Christine has extensive experience in designing and implementing capacity building initiatives across 30 countries on five continents.
Christine's expertise lies in researching and analyzing organizational issues, working with leaders and groups to set goals and plan for action, designing purposeful learning programs, facilitating meaningful dialogues, and managing complex multi-stakeholder initiatives in cross-cultural settings.
Currently serving as an Organization Development and Learning Consultant at RTI International, Christine has previously held roles at various renowned organizations including Designed Learning, Global Learning Partners, Inc., and Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
Christine is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling her to work effectively in diverse environments and with global teams.
