Salivate! has been my baby for many years. It began as a catering and café business  9 years ago with  dozens of jobs a day and a team of hardworking staff. Fast forward to today and it's a one person show teaching cooking, giving demonstrations and guiding people in the art of good food and dietary limitations. I love what Salivate! has become and am growing this new 'baby' every day into something that helps people by sharing, creating and guiding.

It's expressive, emotive, rich. It's the ultimate communication machine which means it's important to use that machine exactly the way you need to.
To do that, you need someone who knows words, who knows how to create a buzz and understands just how to get you noticed. Someone who understands what you want to say,  how you want say it and exactly where you should be saying it.
Writing for publications, websites, businesses. Blogging about food, life, adventure and business. Interviewing incredibly interesting people and then writing about them. Brochures, advertisements, editorial, advertorial, stories, even menus. It's all about the words. That's what I do.
WRITING COURSE
I'm passionate about sharing my skills so I am developing an e-course to help businesses and organisations to write for themselves and in their own voices. The course will be launched by the end of June 2014

As Senior Writer and Editor of DarwinLife Magazine I wrote articles, conducted interviews and wrote stories and wrote advertorials and copy for businesses; always working closely with the sales staff. I co-ordinated the magazine's contributors and oversaw their input each month. Along side the graphic designers I set and designed each issue for print. Each month, with the sales team I 'put the magazine to bed'.
