Christie has a wealth of experience in relationship building, staff morale and team building, change management, capacity building and performance enhancement, revenue generation/fund development, finance, budgeting & cost management, board/stakeholder relations and engagement, strategic planning, communications, contract negotiations & strategic alliances, program evaluation, and facilitation.

As a Principal Strategist at CME Consulting LLC, Christie continues to bring her talents to bear in helping organizations achieve their goals. Previously, she has held leadership roles at the Botanical Research Institute of Texas and Fort Worth Botanic Garden, The University of Texas at Arlington, Tarrant County Samaritan Housing, Inc., and Catholic Charities Fort Worth. She has also taught as an Adjunct Faculty member at The University of Texas at Arlington.
