Cait Stanley is a seasoned leader hailing from Philadelphia, and her expertise lies in the communications sector. She has worked for large public companies, client services, and the non-profit sector, and her experience covers several leadership positions. Cait served on the Spruce Foundation's board for four years, leading the organization as president and bringing in transparency in succession planning and significantly boosting fundraising.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Political Science from Rutgers University-Camden, and General Course Program in Political Science & Economic History from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
