Within this newly created position, I have introduced Architectural thinking and acting within IT and Business by co-creating architectural visions with all stakeholders. I have then brought these visions to life by providing field assistance and guidance to projects and innovation initiatives that implemented them.

I can account for following achievements:
- Digitalization projects with a state of the art technologies (Javascript, Hybrid web/mobile development, NoSql ..), a culture and platform for reuse (Service Oriented Architecture and Microservices) and the introduction of agile methodologies. This Architecture is used since 2014 by all digital projects (~10 major applications in 2020)
- Led the introduction and maturation of Data Science and Big Data by partnering with the Data Science team on the business side and creating a data science framework & cloud based data lake platform. The Data Champion community delivers, year after year, real life Data Science use cases.
- Led the introduction and contributed to the continuous innovation processes encompassing open innovation, ideation, collaborative curation, qualification and nurturing of ideas to infuse an innovation spirit at all levels in the swisslife organization. Currently co-leading the "Lab Techno" initiative with my business counterpart.
- Helped the business introduce a sustainable Robotic Process Automation practice with a Bot Factory that is developing all RPA and RQA bots for SwissLife France.
- Led the "move to cloud" initiative that targets a Hybrid Model (AWS / On Premise) by helping teams build a common technical vision and align their efforts in the field of CI/CD, AWS public cloud & On Premise Infrastructure.
- Continuously Working on the paced introduction of cognitive technologies while continuing to address the fundamental needs and challenges of digital projects: API management, Straight Through Processing, e-Signature, Customer journey tracking, Data Quality and Data Governance,...
