Christian has particular expertise in digital transformation, change management, agility, corporate culture and governance, and creating high-performance teams. He is a multilingual executive who holds various executive and non-executive board roles in different industries, including women's fashion, fintech, and travel.

Christian is currently the CEO of Voiash Discover and Voiash Solutions, a leading travel company focused on the Late Millennial and Gen Z traveler. He has led the digital transformation of several companies, including Best Day Travel Group, leading the company from a traditional travel agency to a fully digital distribution platform. He also oversaw the company's cultural change required to undertake such a profound transformation of the business.
