As the Director of eCommerce, I am focused on the online sales of the products in the Brothers All Natural line, including freeze dried fruits snacks, crisps, clusters and breakfast cereal. I regularly interface with and engage prospective and current clients, thoroughly documenting marketing needs and wishes, then accurately communicating the client's needs to the Project Director, Creative Director and/or any additional team members, as appropriate. My work with Royale Class included growing the market awareness of the Company and the services and "match-making" relationships within the Rochester area business community. Majority of work included branding and marketing foundational work, including new website, CEO's blog, corporate collateral materials and product collateral materials.

At the start, this company had no brand presence and almost no brand recognition. In fact, the web site for the organization had 4 pages; 3 of which were the same content. We focused our efforts on the web, supporting that with an out-of-home campaign to generate awareness in the local area. As a result, website traffic grew more than 4,000% in the year following the launch of the new site.

- Responsible for developing new clients across a variety of industries, including major academic medical centers, contract research organizations, cosmetic and personal care companies and private dermatology practices.

- Primary contact for public and media relations consulting company; through this contact built significant media exposure through such outlets as "Extra," NBC Nightly News, and The Today Show.
- Serve as primary contact for Internet marketing consultation firm. With this organization, moved Lucid from a static web site closer to a dynamic site that Lucid directly controlled the content and organization. With the help of the consultative team, improved search engine optimization, rankings and developed a site that is continuing to generate leads for the company.
- Streamlined the company's use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool Salesforce.com.
- Developed and implemented email marketing blasts as part of the overall marketing strategy for the company.
- Assist in trade show and special events planning, such as the American Academy of Dermatology and Confocal Training Courses in Rochester, NY.

 - Provide customer training on same equipment, including workflow and inventory management, along with “advanced maintenance” (refresher) training.
 - Expert installation, diagnosis and repair of software and hardware relating to the NexPress 2100.
 - Responsible for local parts inventory management, territory management and customer service for regional NexPress customers. 
 - Serve as technical lead or “product specialist” for the Great Lakes and Central Regions on NexPress 2100 equipment, including participation in 'Kaizen' (Lean Manufacturing Process Improvements) events to improve existing processes related to installation of equipment.
 - Assist management in resolving customer service issues in "hot-spots" around the territory by providing analysis of service metrics and onsite support for customer.

Transferred to Field Service Operations after only five months.

- Responsible for the timely integration and checkout of NexPress 
- Serve in a trainer capacity to those with limited exposure to the 2100.
 - Utilize expertise in NexPress proprietary software to ensure timely repair of problems stemming from both machine control and digital front-end software.
 - Ensure each machine meets or exceeds customer expectations utilizing corporately designed criteria in several key areas: image quality, reliability and functionality.
 - Provide feedback to supervisors and process engineers to streamline integration process and develop new Standard Operating Procedures.

Integration and Checkout Operator

- Performed work of software integration test engineer during Integrated Image Processing (IIP) device development. Successful implementation of IIP provided a cost savings of $30,000 UMC, per machine manufactured.
 - Served as technical lead on several program-critical projects.
 - Served as trainer for college-level interns, existing technicians, new-hire technicians and engineers.
 - Provided on-site training to customers participating as Beta-test sites.
 - Reviewed existing test plans, critiqued and provided feedback to improve test productivity, consistency and quality of results.
 - Provided demonstrations and presentations of test results to senior management and Board of Directors.
 - Strong machine control and user interface experience, including installation, troubleshooting and repair of machine control and user interface software.

- Provide on-site diagnosis and repair of all models Xerox low-volume family of light-lens and digital copier equipment.
