Worked closely with senior leaders, managers, and cross-functional partners across multiple Business Units and Centers of Excellence to attract and retain top talent within the organization.  This effort directly impacted the organization’s ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and achieve strategic initiatives. 

Filled an average of 100 requisitions per year (8 – 10 per month), while minimizing the use of external agency partners and additional costs to the business associated with recruiting.

Personally closed 20% of the total 583 requisitions filled by Talent Acquisition in 2011.  Many of these searches were categorized as Business Critical or Executive Searches within the Sales, Marketing, Sales Support and Human Resources functions.

Division Manager, Sales & Marketing Division, responsible for both the success of the Division, and personal production as a top revenue-producer within the organization.  Leadership responsibilities included designing and implementing a successful program to attract and grow a team of Executive Recruiters who focused on both business development and candidate recruiting for our partner companies throughout the United States.  As an Individual Contributor, responsibilities included creating and building close partnerships with client organizations as well as top Sales and Marketing talent which created a mutually beneficial relationship among firstPRO, the client and the candidates.
