Chris Worsey

Chris Worsey is a tech entrepreneur and the Co-Founder and CEO of SportsIcon, a company that focuses on harnessing technology to innovate in sports, media, and entertainment. He has over 12 years of work experience and has been with SportsIcon since October 2020. The company is involved in projects like the Sports Metaverse and is backed by notable figures and organizations in sports and technology, including Roham Gharegozlou, Nas, Chad Hurley, and Dapper Labs.123

Before founding SportsIcon, Chris co-founded Coursematch, a platform that used AI and machine learning to help young people find educational opportunities, which was later acquired. He also served as a Councillor for the Labour Party and was a Parliamentary Candidate in the 2015 and 2017 General Elections.1 Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in International Politics and English Literature from Keele University and a Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Warwick.1
