Chris Wade

Chris Wade, a mechanical engineer and economics graduate from Duke University, has a diverse background in various fields, including business development, investment banking, and consulting. His professional journey started with Sargent & Lundy as a Nuclear Plant Analyst and interned at Merrill Lynch before joining the Energy and Power team as an Investment Banking Analyst in the same organization. Later he worked as a Senior Associate at Wind Point Partners and as a Director of Business Development at Taylor-Wharton Cryogenics LLC. Chris also served as a Consultant for Growth Catalyst Partners and is currently a Director at Cowen Inc.

Apart from being a key executive, Chris is one of the co-founders of Traena, where he served as the Vice President and now as a Board Member. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to form Traena, where the company focused on designing and manufacturing graphene-based sensors for clothing and wearables. The innovation-driven concept was the highlight of his work, and it raised the bar high in the fashion industry.
