Chris Spears is a blockchain and web3 innovation specialist with vast experience in NFTs and the metaverse. He focuses on incubating new start-ups and technologies with corporate partners while providing education, advisory, consulting, and development services to bring innovations to life.

Chris attended the Georgia Institute of Technology, majoring in Computer Science. He started his career as a content management system developer at ArsDigita and then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Anubis Software Inc. He later founded Arke, where he served as the Chief Marketing Technology Officer, before becoming the Managing Director at ImproveHX.
