Chris Reynolds

Chris Reynolds is a School Outreach Advisor at Equitable Facilities Fund, a nonprofit social impact fund that provides long-term, low-cost facility loans to high-performing charter schools.1 He has been in this role since October 2017.1
Reynolds has an extensive background in education, finance, and nonprofit management. He is a former CPA with experience in charter school leadership and philanthropy.2 His career highlights include:
- CEO of LEAD Public Schools from 2013 to 2017, where he oversaw the growth of the network from one school to six schools serving 2400 students.1
- CFO of Henry Ford Learning Institute from 2004 to 2010, where he was involved in creating high-performing charter schools.1
- CFO at Zingerman's from 1996 to 2002.1
- Middle School Teacher with Teach For America from 1992 to 1994.1
Reynolds holds an MBA from the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.1
In addition to his role at Equitable Facilities Fund, Reynolds also serves as a Senior Advisor for New Schools for Alabama, where he supports the development of excellent public charter schools in the state.23
