Kyle Park

Kyle Park is a Managing Director and Co-founder of Harvest Management Partners, LLC, a global technology investment bank he established in 2010.12 With over 30 years of experience in investment banking, M&A transactions, and strategic advisory, Park has a strong background in both early-stage and public technology companies.56

Prior to co-founding Harvest Management Partners, Park served as Chief Financial Officer at VaST Systems, a global provider of embedded software and virtualization technology, which was acquired by Synopsys in 2010.1 He has also held CFO positions at several startups, including Jasper Design Automation, ReShape, and etNetworks, raising more than $250 million in venture financing throughout his career.1

Park's experience extends to public companies, having held senior management positions at Niku, Synplicity, and Synopsys.1 He began his career in Silicon Valley with Samsung Semiconductor.1

Educated at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, Park earned his Bachelor's degree in finance and later completed his MBA with a concentration in International Finance from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.13

Outside of his professional life, Park is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly enjoying soccer and cycling. He speaks Italian conversationally and has interests in organic farming and wine.1
