This position taught me how to work in a fast paced environment where you have to rely on your team members and they are relying on you to provide the best support to customers

 - Became proficient in learning three highly technical products
 - Used a support system, ZenDesk, to receive all inbound call and emails from customers
 - Worked in teams to tackle all common support tickets and to answer any questions fellow members had
 - Spoke with customers both over the phone and via email to solve all technical product issues

This position taught me how to work in a competitive sales environment making cold calls, setting appointments, and finding ways to get past any gatekeepers who did not want to learn about my business.

 - Responsible for making initial contact with prospects and leads through cold calling or drop-in appointments
 - Used SalesForce to track leads, keep notes, maintain contact with prospects and clients and to provide detailed reporting of all engagements
 - Was required to maintain relationships with clients and provide the best customer service possible.
 - Engaged with clients to update them on product features and new releases
 - Worked in a team setting to set goals for the week, months and quarter
 - Sell more than a product, but also the vision of where our company was going to take Healthcare technology

Special Operations Analyst

As the Special Projects Coordinator, it is my responsibility to make sure day to day office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Maintaining a professional office setting and completing projects within the building are part of my daily activities. Not only am I required to perform these duties, it is also asked that I wear multiple hats to help the team.

It is my responsibility to meet with local management companies, homeowners associations, and leasing companies to acquire their business for landscape maintenance and snow removal. It is also my responsibility to make Peabody Landscape Group the most well known and represented landscape company in Central Ohio. This is accomplished through broadening the social media footprint and other forms of effective advertising.
