Chris Nugent is a seasoned professional with 34 years of experience in the ICT industry, having held various leadership roles such as Operations Director/VP, General Manager, and project to program management.

Throughout his career, he has engaged with clients from the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia, as well as managed internal IT operations for a diverse range of companies, from SMEs to large multi-nationals across sectors like Banking, Insurance, ICT, Aeronautical, Automotive, and Tax consulting.

Chris is dedicated to providing efficient and business-focused IT and Business process service models, encompassing support/operations, process and software engineering, IT and business strategy alignment, and offshoring capabilities.

His specialization encompasses IT Operations (ITIL), Business process engineering and reengineering (Six Sigma), Software engineering, Change management, and Offshoring.

He has pursued advanced education, holding an MSc in Data Business, Data & Analytics from University College Cork, and an MSc in Software Engineering from SouthBank University in London.
