Chris Mills is a seasoned business coach and advisor, with a track record of helping hardworking individuals find their career direction, improve business performance, and become better leaders. With 18 years of experience under his belt, Mills is well-equipped to help business owners plug leaks, optimize and grow their operations. As the Local Director of the Greater Nepean Local Business Network, he works with SMEs in the Penrith, Blue Mountains, and Hawkesbury areas, helping them achieve quantifiable results and tailored solutions. In addition, Mills runs a coaching program called Soaring Free and "get the work," where he empowers purposeful individuals to pursue fulfilling careers, create effective leadership strategies, and foster personal growth.

Mills has an impressive educational repertoire, with a degree in Management Advancement Program and Business Administration from the University of the Witwatersrand, and a certificate in Technology Management from the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business. He holds MSc, BSc and Hons, Physics qualifications from Nelson Mandela University.
