Bob Dean is a highly knowledgeable and accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning, talent development, and accounting. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Missouri - Columbia. With a passion for helping individuals achieve their potential, Dean founded Dean Learning & Talent Advisors, an organization that aims to empower individuals and organizations to be the best they can be.

Before starting his own company, Dean held various executive and leadership roles in notable organizations. He served as the Vice President of Learning and Talent Development at Heidrick & Struggles, where he was responsible for the development of learning and talent strategies globally. He also served as a Partner and Chief Learning Officer at Grant Thornton, where he led the development of learning programs and systems for internal and external audiences.

Dean has also held several leadership and development roles at EY, including Director of Industry Learning and Learning Innovation, Director of Learning Technology, and Director of Core Audit Training and Audit Professional Development. He started his career at EY as an Audit Staff, Senior, and Manager.

Dean's expertise includes learning and talent development, accounting, audit, and leadership development. He aims to help organizations achieve their goals by creating and implementing innovative learning solutions that empower individuals to be the best they can be.
