Throughout his career, Chris has worked with top corporate brands, emerging start-ups, educational institutions, and government agencies to harness the potential of open-source technologies. He has held management positions at renowned companies like AT&T and Accenture.

In addition to his corporate roles, Chris has successfully founded two digital agencies and launched multiple software platforms in the job sector, with the first being in 2000. He established a platform for Drupal Engineering contractors in 2010, which evolved into a prominent player in the domain under the rebranded name Esteemed, aiming for expansion into various categories and software products.

Chris McGrath is passionate about the advancements in Workplace Solutions and HR Tech, especially the merging of content management systems (CMS) and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance talent acquisition and employee experience. His current focus is on the HR Cloud project, a comprehensive system consisting of an applicant tracking system (ATS), Talent Experience, and Management functionalities.
