Chris McFall is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of extensive experience in the hospitality industry across the Middle East, Asia, Europe, and America.
With a background spanning 15+ years in Commercial roles with renowned hotel chains such as Shangri-la, Jumeirah, Accor, IHG, and Hilton, Chris has a wealth of experience in core project management, P&L review, HR planning, strategy development, and operational excellence.
Having served as an EXCOM member for 10 years, Chris excels in property management, supporting Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and Operational Objectives, and providing Duty Management coverage.
