As the CEO of Aspire, Chris leads a team of experts in delivering bespoke solutions and training for clients to create new products and business models that redefine their industry.

Chris believes in creating value for clients and partners, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning, and empowering the team to achieve excellence and impact.

Before founding Aspire, Chris was the CEO of Rainmaking UK and Europe, where he focused on supporting corporates through their transformation journey by driving innovation and developing new capabilities and culture.

With a background in strategy, innovation, and product lifecycle, Chris designed and implemented programs to help clients unlock future growth and address complex challenges.

Chris leverages skills such as business consulting, new business development, and workshop facilitation to drive success in his roles.

He holds a BSc in Sport Science and English from St Mary’s University, Twickenham.

Chris has held leadership positions in various organizations spanning from CEO roles to Managing Director positions, contributing to his wealth of experience and expertise.
