Chris Hogbin

Chris Hogbin is a seasoned investment professional at AllianceBernstein (AB), a leading global investment firm. He has been with AB for 18 years, joining the company in 2005 as a senior analyst in the institutional research business.13 Throughout his career at AB, Hogbin has held several key positions:

1. Director of Research for Europe and Asia
2. Chief Operating Officer of Equities (2018)
3. Co-Head of Equities (2019)
4. Head of Equities (2020-2023)13

Effective January 1, 2024, Hogbin will assume the newly created role of Global Head of Investments at AllianceBernstein.1 In this position, he will be responsible for:

• Overseeing AB's public-market businesses, including Equity, Fixed Income, Multi Asset and Hedge Fund Solutions, Investment Solutions and Sciences, and the firm's Responsibility team
• Driving investment performance across asset classes
• Developing, deploying, and retaining talent across the investment organization
• Fostering greater collaboration and sharing of best practices
• Leveraging common infrastructure
• Evaluating opportunities to invest in capabilities that deliver better outcomes for clients13

By the end of 2024, Hogbin's mandate is expected to expand to include AB's Private Alternatives business.13
