    Chris Choi is a highly dedicated individual with a strong passion for Global Health and Community Building.

    He pursued his academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor of Health Sciences Honours (BHSc) degree specializing in Health Sciences from McMaster University. Prior to this, he studied Society, Science, Research, and Literature at Notre Dame Secondary School.

    Chris has contributed his skills and knowledge to various organizations, including serving as a Forum Research Assistant at McMaster Health Forum, where he also held the position of a Forum Fellow. He was involved in research projects such as the Ethnic Quotas Project as a Research Assistant and as a Student Researcher at McMaster University.

    In addition to his academic and research roles, Chris has a diverse professional background that includes experience as a Customer Experience Representative at Indigo, a Human Practices Mentor at iGEM Competition, a Research Intern at Ontario Institute for Cancer Research, and a Health Education Ambassador at McMaster University.

    His dedication to community service and leadership is evident through his various roles, such as being a Student Council Prime Minister and a Prefect at Notre Dame Secondary School, a Founder of 'kNOw Waste' at Community Development Halton, a Summer Research Student at The Offord Centre for Child Studies, and a Halton Ambassador at FCSS-FESC.

    Chris has also showcased his organizational and teamwork skills through roles like being a Co-Founder and Team Leader at Global Outreach, a GTA Committee Member at Foundation for Student Science and Technology, a Student Senator at Halton Catholic District School Board, and a National Social Media Team Coordinator at Foundation for Student Science and Technology.

    His commitment to music and the arts is illustrated through his positions as a Principal Clarinet at Halton Mississauga Youth Orchestra, a Senior Clarinet at Burlington Teen Tour Band, and as a Grade Representative at Halton Catholic District School Board. Moreover, his interest in education is highlighted by his experience as a Teaching Assistant at Halton Catholic District School Board.
