Chris Chen

Chris Chen is a highly skilled and experienced Senior Device Engineer, presently working at Altera. With a background in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from UC Berkeley and an M.S in Electrical Engineering from UCLA, his expertise comprises device characterization, RC extraction, SPICE simulations, evaluating parasitic and layout dependent effects, analytical modeling of ring oscillator performance, and test structure development. Along with his work at Altera, Chris has held positions as an Advanced Device Engineer at Altera and an Intern, Device Modeling at Maxim Integrated Products. Furthermore, he has worked as a Research Assistant at UCLA and UC Berkeley, where he excelled and had the opportunity to grow as a professional. Chris's work revolves around device modeling and evaluation of transistor models. He has also worked as a Teaching Assistant at UCLA, where he had the opportunity to impart knowledge and contribute to the community.
