Chris Barling is the Chair of field service management software startup Powered Now which he co-founded, and the Senior Independent Director of Ravenscroft Group, with vast experience in VC-backed technology companies and public boards.

With over 14 years of experience in public company boards, Chris has held roles such as Executive, Senior Independent Director, Chair of Remuneration, and Chair of Nomination, and is familiar with regulatory bodies like the FCA and GFSC.

His expertise lies in digital transformation, ecommerce, and entrepreneurial technology start-ups, having worked with FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and International Stock Exchange companies, primarily LSE listed firms.

Chris Barling holds a BS in Computer Science from Brunel University London and attended Teignmouth grammar school, contributing to his solid educational background.
