I am closely involved in the start up phase of this venture both from an operational and financial perspective. In addition, we have already embarked on a successful Seed fund-raise and are preparing for a forthcoming Series A to follow early in 2023

Additional responsibilities for advising on financing portfolio companies and/or the Group using structured lending techniques and off balance sheet solutions.
