Chris Mayo, CFA, is a seasoned corporate finance professional with over 20 years of experience in Equity Capital Markets and M&A Advisory.

He has provided strategic guidance to corporate, venture capital, and private equity clients, alongside being an angel investor and Head of Strategy for a successful Technology Start-up.

Chris has extensive knowledge and relationships within the Technology sector, with a focus on cloud computing, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Financial Technology (Fintech), as well as the Life Sciences industry.

His international experience and language skills complement his global understanding of financial markets.

Chris holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, demonstrating his expertise in investment management and financial analysis.

He pursued his education at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, where he studied Masters in International Affairs, and at Aston University in the United Kingdom, where he completed a BSc in International Business and German.

Throughout his career, Chris has held key positions in reputable organizations, such as serving as the Head of Primary Markets, Americas at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), a Consultant in Primary Markets, and a Strategy Consultant at EcoLogic Systems Ltd.

He has also worked in various roles at Citi, including Director of Equity Capital Markets for Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Vice President in Global Industrial Investment Banking at Citigroup Global Markets, and financial analysis responsibilities at Schroders and Barclays de Zoete Wedd (BZW).
