Responsible for budget - P & L, sales, recruiting, managing projects, administration and human resources management for internal and external personnel including contracts, staffing, training, compensation policies, labour board, health and safety, etc. 
Built a team of thirteen people, for the Boucherville and Ottawa offices, and staffed over one hundred others for various clients in Eastern Canada.
In December of 2010, I won a five year contract of over $CAN 12 Million with a major client, this being the biggest contract ever won by Peopletogo.

Responsible for budget - P & L, sales, recruiting, managing projects, administration and human resources management for internal and external personnel including contracts, staffing, training, compensation policies, labour board, health and safety, etc. I had ten direct reports and over eighty people placed with different customers.
Recruited approximately twenty new customers and won a CAN$500,000 contract for the implementation of new sales point terminals in a major Retail chain store across Canada.

Computer Horizons Canada wanted to open a business place in the province of Quebec so they head hunted me to build and establish this new office in Montreal, as a first step. 
Responsible for budget - P & L, sales, recruiting, managing projects, administration and human resources management for internal and external personnel including contracts, staffing, training, compensation policies, labour board, health and safety, etc.
From home at the beginning, I built a solution center with a management team for sales and staffing of 176 people.

My mandate was to rebuilt the Montreal office and eventually open a new office in Québec city.
I was responsible for budget - P & L, sales, recruiting, administration and human resources management including contracts, staffing, training, compensation policies, labour board, health and safety, etc.
When I first arrived in 1997, there were three people working in the Montreal office. When I left, the Quebec City office was opened and there were eighteen people working in both locations.

Responsible for sales, administration and delivery in Eastern Canada. I added ten direct reports, including one in Quebec City, one in Ottawa ON, one in Moncton NB and another one in Halifax NS.

Responsible for thirty-five people as well as sales, training and administrative staff.

Multi-Groupe Immobilier

Import-export of candies, bubble gum and licensed products.
Co-founded this company with a 50/50 partner. We built the company from scratch and turned it into a 3.5 million dollars company. 
We opened offices in Montreal, Toronto, Hoboken NJ and San Francisco CA, and employed over 50 people.
Unfortunately, in 1986, we had to close the company due to a new import tax of 12% and the increase of the French Franc in the order of 25%. That represented a total cost increase of 37%, which exceeded the regular 25 to 30% profit a confectionary importer can expect. Our major source of importation came from France.

Canadian manufacturer and distributor of posters, doodles and toys. 
Started my career as a sales representative covering the South-Shore of Montreal region and eastern region of the province of Quebec.
After one year, I was promoted to sales and operations manager.
During that time, I opened a distribution center in Longueuil to service the stores located in Eastern Canada for major chains such as Zellers, Woolco, Kresge, Continental... I was responsible for fifteen people.
