Chloe Yanling Xu

Chloe Yanling Xu, a dedicated professional with a background in au pairing and marketing, embarked on her career journey as an au pair in NJ, USA after graduating from university in 2010.

Inspired by her experiences, Chloe ventured into marketing the EB5 program in Asia upon returning to China, recognizing a common concern among Chinese parents about language acquisition and cultural assimilation when considering immigration or education abroad for their children.

Balancing work and motherhood, Chloe discovered the au pair program as a solution to provide childcare while facilitating English language acquisition and cultural exposure for kids, leading her to establish the YouthGo Au Pair Agency.

The agency aims to assist Chinese families in achieving a work-life balance, enhancing children's language skills, broadening their international perspectives, and nurturing a multicultural mindset.

Currently, Chloe is actively seeking global partnerships for her new Au Pair agency based in China, welcoming collaborations worldwide to further the mission of promoting cultural exchange and childcare solutions.

Chloe's educational background includes studies at Raritan Valley Community College and obtaining a Bachelor's degree from Zhaoqing University.
