Beth Heyer

Beth Heyer is the Executive Director and Founder of BC Gives Back, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible childcare, particularly for foster families and those in need. Her passion for supporting children in foster care began in 2009 when she worked with a small nonprofit called My Very Own Blanket.4

In addition to her role at BC Gives Back, Beth is also the Founder and CEO of Babysitting Connection and Pet Sitting Connection, both of which aim to connect families with reliable childcare services. She has emphasized the importance of trust and quality in childcare, stating that she would never add a sitter to her roster whom she would not trust in her own home.12

Beth's journey into entrepreneurship was motivated by her experiences as a mother, where she recognized the significant need for support among parents. She has built her businesses around creating community connections and ensuring that parents have access to trustworthy childcare options.34
