Chloe Rivera is a seasoned professional with a strong academic background and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. She holds a PhD in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Genetics and Genomics from the University of California, San Diego, and a BS in Microbiology, Immunology, and Molecular Genetics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Chloe's career spans various roles, including her current position as Senior Director of Transformation in R&D at AbbVie. Previously, she worked as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company and founded and directed the Rady School of Management Micro-MBA Program. Chloe has also held leadership positions such as Vice President at UCSD APD Consulting Club and Co-President and Founder of the Professional Development Seminar Series at UCSD Biomedical Sciences Student Council.
