User Experience Researcher

Led over 80 sessions of in-depth interviews and usability testings across the internship, as well as a couple of survey analyses. Research contribution included but not limited to, user satisfaction measurements, feature prioritization and improvement.Apart from working on research projects closely with product designers, I also collaborated with our product analyst to develop behavioral personas of PicCollage, and with developers to build an AR wall decoration app as a rookie UX designer.

Collaborating with a UI design intern on a tutorial design project, I led the process of defining research questions, conducted user research in terms of suitable methods such as in-depth interview and usability testing, finally analyzed collected data and presented reports.
