With a background in batchelor of arts education from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, Avril has honed her skills through various roles, including Sr Operations Manager, Revenue Manager, and Order Management Manager at Trend Micro.

Prior to her tenure at Trend Micro, Avril Ronan held pivotal positions in reputable organizations such as Citibank, United Airlines, and Citco Nederland Custodial Bank. She has also showcased her expertise as a public speaker, master of ceremonies, and a qualified coach. Avril's dedication to online safety is evident in her active role as Chairperson at CyberSafeIE, where she advocates for digital literacy and media literacy.
