Cheryl Casper Ed.D.
Program Evaluation
Dr. Cheryl Casper Ed.D. has an extensive background in educational research and evaluation, having worked as a Regional Manager/Assessment Solutions Advisor at Educational Testing Service (ETS) for a decade where she significantly grew revenue and assisted various educational institutions with assessment and accreditation needs.
Prior to her tenure at ETS, Dr. Casper was the President and Owner of Casper Associates, overseeing numerous program evaluations for school districts, Higher Education Institutions (IHEs), Non-Profits, and For-Profits. She has also been involved in teaching Program Evaluation and Research Methods at esteemed colleges and universities like Trinity College, Wheelock College, University of Massachusetts at Boston, and Lesley University.
With a Doctorate in Educational Research and Evaluation from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Dr. Casper has a wealth of experience in educational evaluation processes and strategies. She ran her private consulting firm for many years, conducting hundreds of educational program evaluations for various institutions.
Dr. Casper's educational journey includes studying Educational Assessment, Evaluation, and Research at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, holding an Ed.D., M.Ed., and B.A.
Currently, Dr. Casper serves on two boards, namely Berkshire Community College in Pittsfield, MA, and the Commonwealth of MA Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Board, showcasing her continued commitment to education and community involvement.
