Dr. Daphne Snowden is a seasoned College Administrator and Adjunct Faculty member with a solid background in higher education.

Her expertise includes Nonprofit Organizations, Succession Planning, Professional Development, Microsoft Word, Coaching, Program Evaluation, Assessments, Accreditation, and Public Speaking.

She holds a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration from Morgan State University.

Dr. Snowden has a diverse educational background, ranging from a Certificate in Train-the-Trainer to a Doctorate in Community College Education.

She also holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Coppin State University.

Throughout her career, Dr. Snowden has been associated with various roles and organizations, including CEO/Fitness Director at Shapely Fitness LLC, Former Dean Academic Operations and Services at Baltimore City Community College, and Adjunct Faculty positions at several educational institutions.

Prior to her career in academia, Dr. Snowden served as a Sergeant in the US Army, showcasing her diverse skill set and adaptability.
