Cheryl Bierworth

Cheryl Bierworth is a seasoned professional with a diverse educational background and rich experience in technical support and management roles.

Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Management & Organizational Leadership and an Associate of Science in Technology Management, both from St. Petersburg College. She furthered her education by completing programs in ITIL Foundations, HDI, and courses at Kent State University and The University of Akron.

In her notable career, Cheryl has held several key positions, including Director of Technical Support, Support Center Manager, and Authorized Training Partner at esteemed organizations like Valpak and HDI.

Her experience as the Tampa Chapter Advisor at HDI reflects her commitment to fostering professional growth and development within the technical support community.
