Cheryl Bazzell

Cheryl Bazzell is a seasoned Senior HR executive known for her exceptional ability to foster relationships across all organizational levels and align global human capital development with corporate strategy.

With a rich background in HR innovation, Cheryl has a proven track record in implementing strategies that enhance talent attraction, retention, and engagement, along with serving as a valued advisor to executive teams and operational leadership.

Her extensive skill set includes expertise in talent management, executive development, coaching, executive compensation, succession planning, global cultural sensitivity, diversity and inclusion, strategic visioning, lean principles, organizational change management, as well as project management and execution.

Cheryl pursued her education in Human Resources Management with a Master of Science degree from Chapman University and earned a Bachelor of Science in Family Life Science from Montana State University-Bozeman.

Throughout her career, Cheryl has held prominent roles in various organizations, including serving as the VP of Global Human Resources at MD Helicopters, VP of HR - Total Remuneration, Compensation & Benefits, VP of Global Benefits, VP of HR - Business Partner, and VP of HR - Operations & Lean at Rockwell Collins.

Prior to her roles at Rockwell Collins, she also held positions such as Senior Director of Resource Acquisition, EEO, Diversity & Lean, and Senior Advisor of Employee & Labor Relations within the Semiconductor Division at Rockwell International.
