Helen Cheuck is a seasoned HR professional responsible for the North American HR strategy at Aircall, a company that has raised $220 million and employs 700 individuals globally.

With a background in Human Resources Practices from Cornell University, Helen brings expertise in career mapping, talent management, diversity, equity & inclusion, learning and development, compensation strategy, people analytics, rewards & recognition, executive coaching, and HR communications.

She is passionate about developing innovative talent strategies aligned with business goals and fostering a positive work culture that values and engages employees through data-driven decision-making.

Helen serves as the VP of HR and Global DEI Leader at Aircall, where she leads the Global DEI Strategy ensuring alignment with core values and collaborates closely with leadership and ERG leads.

Her previous roles include VP of HR North America at Aircall, VP of HR at dentsu international, Vice President of HR at 360i, HR Director at 360i, VP of HR at Ketchum, Associate Director of HR at Cohn & Wolfe, HR Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and HR Coordinator at Morgan Stanley.

She holds a BA in Sociology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and has studied at Murdoch University.
