Cheila Gibbs

Cheila Gibbs, a Portuguese born and Swiss-educated individual, currently residing in London, is a well-traveled professional in the hospitality industry with experience in various countries like Austria and the USA.

In 2012, Gibbs founded the Create Generate & Ghost group while working for top establishments in London, identifying a market gap for skilled operators globally. Notable projects include the successful launch of Terry Venables' La Escondida Hotel in Spain, gaining recognition as one of the best new hotels worldwide.

She has made significant contributions to London's hospitality scene, with involvement in the openings, management, and transformations of renowned establishments like Bistro du Vin, Soho House's Dean Street Townhouse, Pizza East in Shoreditch and Notting Hill, Burger & Lobster, and West 36, among others.

Cheila's recent focus includes spearheading the global expansion of the women-only members' club, AllBright, overseeing the launch of London Maddox and the first US club in LA, with plans for further expansion in London, New York, and Washington, DC.
