Charlotte Stacey

Charlotte Stacey is an experienced HR professional who has managed various HR-related projects at BP and other large organizations. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of East Anglia and has previously worked as the Early Careers Talent Partner, IST at BP, and as the Graduate Recruitment Advisor at Ernst & Young. Currently, she manages the UK apprenticeship levy across BP's various businesses, identifying value-add opportunities within this new government-led agenda. With her ability to manage and motivate teams, engage with stakeholders, and maintain composure under pressure, Charlotte excels at delivering both quality and quantity and adds value to each project she takes on. At BP, Charlotte is recognized as a subject-matter expert, and she enjoys representing BP through their STEM agenda, the government, and the industry, as well as the constant challenge and flexibility of her work.
