Charlotte Layher

Charlotte Marie Layher is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and experience in prestigious organizations. Charlotte holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, where she also pursued her Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration and Management. She further enriched her academic journey through exchange programs at Göteborgs universitet, Zeppelin Universität, and Copenhagen Business School. Charlotte's dedication to research led her to serve as a Research Associate & Ph.D. Candidate at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, focusing on family businesses and Mittelstand. Prior to her research roles, she gained practical insights as an Intern in Internal Process Management at Porsche AG and in Purchasing and Logistics at Bosch China.
