Rada Yovovich is a highly collaborative and innovative entrepreneur with a strong focus on transforming health care delivery, leveraging emerging technology, promoting Diversity Equity Inclusion & Accessibility (DEIA), and unlocking human potential. She serves as a Co-Founder, Consultant, Coach, Facilitator, Public Speaker, and Idea Midwife.
Rada pursued her education by studying Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Health/Health Care Administration/Management at the prestigious Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fundamentals: Issues & Texts from the University of Chicago.
Her career spans through various impactful roles in different organizations. She is currently a Co-Founder and Co-Host at The Darkest Horse, LLC, aiming for innovation and growth. Previously, she contributed as a Creative Collaborator and Facilitator at SUCH, and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Medecipher, Inc. Moreover, she has been the Co-Founder and Director at Rising Practitioners Circles, Director of Managed Care Growth at Oak Street Health, ROI/Analytics Strategy Consultant at NowPow, Senior Manager of Clinical Operations and Client Innovations at athenahealth, Summer Intern in Physician Education at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Team Lead in Client Performance Data Science at athenahealth, and an Associate Consultant at Huron Consulting Group.
