Charles Watson is a seasoned executive with a background in the hospitality industry and a strong educational foundation.

He attended The Lovett School for College Preparatory education from 1st to 12th grade, received a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration with a focus on Sales & Marketing from Cornell University, and pursued an MBA with a concentration in Strategy & Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.

Currently, Charles Watson serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, where he previously held leadership positions such as Interim CEO and Chief Development Officer.

His extensive professional experience includes roles at well-known hospitality organizations like Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, InterContinental Hotels Group, and US Franchise Systems, Inc., where he contributed in various capacities ranging from corporate strategy to franchise sales and development.

Before transitioning to executive roles, Charles Watson started his career as a Senior Broker at HREC Investment Advisors and gained valuable experience in global sales and e-commerce strategy at InterContinental Hotels Group.

With a diverse career spanning across different functions within the hospitality sector, Charles Watson brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current position at Tropical Smoothie Cafe.
